The goal of this survey is identify and expand upon the strengths of camp while identifying and eliminating the factors least beneficial to your child. Please complete all the following questions, usually taking about 5 minutes. Choose the "Returning Camper" survey if your child attended Camp Whitley in 2011. Choose "Previous Camper" if your child did not attend camp in 2011. Your feedback is valuable and appreciated. You will receive a $10 discount coupon upon completion of the survey.
